Your opportunity

In the role of Store Manager of a Piazza Italia Store, you will be called upon to represent and promote the culture and values ​​of our brand. By helping to build a positive working climate and a team based on sharing information and best practices, your main objective will be to maximize the business potential of your Store, between Omnichannel and Shopping Experience, ensuring that customers are constantly at the center of our interests.

How you will contribute

As a store manager, you will be primarily responsible for achieving the sales targets of the point of sale, motivating and managing the team, controlling costs and store operations (logistics, personnel costs, administration, internal auditing, merchandising plan).

You will also be responsible for monitoring the KPIs and the performance of your team, creating specific reports aimed at analyzing commercial data and taking the most appropriate actions to maximize the profits of the point of sale, managing staff training and the talent acquisition phase.

The requirements

The ideal candidate is passionate about the world of Fashion & Retail, has a charismatic approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Has gained at least 5 years of experience as a fast fashion store manager with large floor space (more than 700 square meters);

• Has managed human resources and has taken care of the commercial and visual aspects of the store;

• Has an analytical approach to the performance aspects of the store.
