We are looking for profiles all over Italy who are truly motivated to undertake a managerial career within Fashion Retail.

Talent Academy is a 36-month training and development program that will guarantee young candidates an important opportunity for personal and professional growth, thanks to a structured on-the-job training focused on the most strategic operational areas of the point of sale: logistics, sales & marketing, visual & space allocation, HR & Budgeting.

Each student will be assigned to a company tutor who will introduce them to the profession and will follow them along the path by carrying out coaching, supervision and performance evaluation activities.

At the end of the "Operations Talent Program", an overall positive evaluation of the aptitudes, project works and personal and professional skills will allow the best talents to take on the management of a Piazza Italia store.

The ideal candidates are young profiles, high school or college graduates, with a strong analytical ability and strongly oriented to grow and specialize in the Retail & Sales area.

We are looking for "high potential" fashion enthusiasts, fashion blogs, fashion shows, cool hunting, fast fashion lovers, available to work shifts and weekends.

Periods of study or work abroad are considered an important plus. The company will directly take care of all phases of the entire search and selection process.

The training path will begin in ROMA and then develop over time and space also nationally depending on the path of the Student.

Travel and transfers throughout the country are planned.
