FOR THE CREATION OF NEW DIRECT SALES POINTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Commercial properties in towns with more than 30,000 inhabitants
Units present within Commercial Parks (existing or under construction)
Units in historic centers and stand alone on streets with high traffic flows, next to large parking lots
Optimal surfaces ranging between 300 and 1,200 square meters.

What we are looking for:
Surface area of the store: from 300 to 1,200 m2
Category: at least 30,000 inhabitants
Optimal location: on streets with high traffic flows, with large parking lots
Experience in the sector: preferable
Initial investment in furnishings and lights: €280 per m2
Average annual turnover: €2,000/3,500 per m2
