Piazza Italia S.p.A. is a fashion company established in 1993, which has earned the trust of customers with a dynamic and courageous approach to business.

The company's mission is based on the enhancement of Italian style and a new concept of shopping centered on continuous renewal, offering quality collections at affordable prices.

The company, which over time has become a solid reference in fashion retail, has expanded its network of stores in Italy, both on its own and in franchising, and has also continued its growth in international markets, achieving significant development both in terms of turnover and in terms of stores opened.

CONCEPT

Piazza Italia S.p.A. chooses its locations based on strategic criteria, favoring urban centers or major shopping centers. A team of visuals and architects takes care of the layout of the points of sale, which is updated every week and adapted to the needs of customers and reference areas. The design is modern, and the display structures are designed to enhance the product and make it as attractive as possible.

The challenge is to compete permanently in the panorama of European and International low-cost chains, which over the years have aroused ever greater interest from the end consumer.

DEVELOPMENT

Piazza Italia S.p.A. supports its partners from the planning stage to the opening, and also guarantees constant assistance, both regarding the visual and the management aspect.

The Company presents four store formats: Kids Store, Fashion Store, Family Store and Megastore. Direct stores are large and are located in strategic areas, while franchising stores are smaller and are located in areas with at least 20,000 inhabitants. Franchising guarantees the same results as direct stores.

OUR NETWORK

FASHION STORE

These are stores aimed at a young and trend-conscious public. The offer is aimed at Men's and Women's products, with stores developed on 300/500 square meters. The average turnover performance is around €4,000/5,000/sqm.

FAMILY STORE

Developed on surfaces between 600 e i 1200mq, they are mainly aimed at a target of young families. The average turnover performance is around €3,500/4,000/m2. Family Store and Fashion Store are designed with a circular layout: on the right the Women's world, on the left the Men's department, in the central part of the store the Children's sector.

MEGASTORE

They are stores with a maximum extension developed on surfaces over 1,500 square meters. The offer includes over 3,000 items with ad hoc product insertions, for a complete and always updated fashion proposal. The average turnover performance is around €3,000/3,500/sqm. The concept is that of the “shop in the shop”.

KIDS

Designed for smaller surfaces (from 80 - to 150mq) and entirely dedicated to children. Average turnover performances are around €3,000/3,500/m2.
