Shipping methods
Delivery times and shipping methods
We are committed to delivering your order within 5-6 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may be extended during promotional periods.
Piazza Italia S.p.A. exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do everything possible to deliver orders to the residential address or other address in Italy, using the express courier services BRT or Poste Italiane.

Home delivery
Delivery to a private address takes place within 5-6 working days from the moment you receive the shipping email. The timing may be slightly delayed during sales or promotional periods.
The cost will be as follows:
> Free for orders with amounts greater than €49.99 of purchased goods.
> €5 for orders with amounts less than €49.99 of purchased goods.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Click&Collect Service
The shipping service to our stores is free and is only allowed for orders starting from €29.
Delivery will take place within 5-6 working days, from the moment you receive the shipping email. The timing may be slightly delayed during sales or promotion periods.

As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, a "Shipping Confirmation" email will be sent. A final email will be sent when the order is delivered to the selected store. It is advisable to contact the store to verify the arrival and make sure that the order is ready for collection.
The order must be collected within 15 working days. If there are difficulties in going to the store within this timeframe, it will be necessary to contact customer service.
Shipping to Pick up Point
The order can take up to 96 working hours to process.
The service is available for all orders and costs 4,90€.
Delivery will take place at a Punto Poste collection point within 5 working days from the moment you receive the shipping email, which contains the tracking link to track your order. Once the shipment has arrived at the selected collection point, you will receive an information email from the courier.
Timings may be subject to slight delays during sales or promotion periods.
Punto Poste network is made up of collection points/commercial activities that offer parcel collection and shipping services.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
